FAQ’s

We deliver island-wide and ensure your parcel is delivered within 1-3 working days. We also offer free shipping on Thursdays 🥰
We allow 7 days from the time an order is placed to process a refund or return. The only occasion where we allow a a refund or a return is if the parcel has been damaged upon receiving. We strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been - opened - requested after 7 days
At SNH since 2020, we have only been purchasing directly from the manufacturers. Hence all our products are genuine and of the highest quality. To double check, you can always contact the brands we work with and ask them about us!
